Terms of Service

These terms cover the Lumo TV app, subscriptions and the reseller programme. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. If anything here is unclear, message us and we will explain it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or subscribing to Lumo TV, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of services

Lumo TV provides an Android application and a subscription that gives access to live television channels, video on demand and, for resellers, a management panel. Subscriptions are sold per device and run for the period you paid for.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By subscribing you confirm that you meet both requirements.

4. Activation and your device

There is no account to create on this website. You install the app, it shows a MAC address, and you send it to us on Telegram or WhatsApp so we can activate it. That MAC address identifies your subscription, so please keep it to yourself. Anyone who has it can ask us about your line.

A subscription is activated for one device and streams to one device at a time. If you want a second television, ask us for a second line.

5. Payments and renewals

• Payment is arranged with us directly. Nothing is sold or charged inside the app.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
• Reseller credits are non-refundable once delivered.
• Prices may change at any time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Nothing renews automatically. We hold no card and charge nothing by itself, so it is up to you to renew before your subscription runs out if you want it to continue.

6. Reseller policy

If you resell Lumo TV, you must:

• not misrepresent Lumo TV, our service or what it includes;
• not advertise or sell access as though it were something it is not;
• use only the reseller panel we give you;
• support your own customers properly and trade honestly.

We may suspend or close any reseller account that breaks these rules.

7. Service limitations

We work to keep the service running around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service can be affected by:

• maintenance and technical faults;
• blocking or throttling by an internet provider in some countries;
• a device, network or connection that is not suitable for streaming.

We are not responsible for outages outside our control. Channel line-ups also change over time; channels can be added, moved or withdrawn without notice.

8. Legal disclaimer

Lumo TV provides an application and access to streams delivered over the internet. We do not host or store streams on our own servers. Laws about receiving internet television differ from country to country, and it is your responsibility to check and follow the rules where you live. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Lumo TV:

• for any unlawful purpose;
• to copy, record for distribution, rebroadcast or publicly show content;
• to resell access without being a registered reseller;
• to share one subscription across several households;
• to overload, probe or abuse our systems.

Breaking these rules may result in suspension or a permanent ban without a refund.

10. Intellectual property

The Lumo TV name, logo, application and the content of this website belong to us. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the application, or use our branding, without written permission. Every other name, logo or trademark that appears anywhere on this site belongs to its own owner and is used only to describe what it refers to.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, and our Cookie Policy covers this website.

12. Refund policy

We do not refund a subscription once it has been activated, or reseller credits once they have been delivered, unless the fault is verifiably ours and we cannot put it right. This is why we offer a free trial: please use it, on the device and connection you actually intend to watch on, before you pay for anything.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with the effective date at the top, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
